Terms & conditions.

These terms apply to all services provided by MAS Performance ("we", "us"), of Unit R2, Airedale Mills, Skipton Road, Crosshills, BD20 7DS.

Our work & guarantee

All tuning work carried out by ourselves is guaranteed. Before any work we take a full read of your vehicle's original file and a diagnostic health check; your original file is retained so the vehicle can be returned to standard at any time. We use only our own in-house, vehicle-specific software.

Vehicle condition

Tuning is carried out on the basis that the vehicle is in good mechanical and electrical condition. We check for fault codes before and after work; if a pre-existing fault or mechanical issue is found we will discuss it with you before proceeding. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing faults or for failures arising from a vehicle that is not properly maintained.

Emissions-related services (off-road use only)

DPF, EGR, AdBlue and speed-limiter removal, and any similar service that alters or removes emissions equipment, are supplied strictly for vehicles used off the public road — for motorsport, competition, private-land or export use only. It is an offence to use such a vehicle on the public road in the UK, a vehicle with removed emissions equipment will fail its MOT, and fines may apply under the Road Vehicles (Construction & Use) Regulations. By ordering these services you confirm the vehicle is for off-road or export use and accept responsibility for its lawful use.

Warranty

Remapping may affect a manufacturer's warranty if discovered. You accept this risk when commissioning work. Your original file is retained to allow a return to standard.

Payment & the shop

Prices shown are indicative and may vary by vehicle and specification; the price is confirmed before work begins. Shop listings are a catalogue — orders are arranged by enquiry.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
