AdBlue (SCR) systems inject a urea solution into the exhaust to cut NOx, but the pumps, injectors and sensors are expensive and fault-prone, and a fault can leave you with a no-start countdown. For off-road vehicles we disable the system electronically.

SCR pumps, injectors, NOx sensors and heaters fail regularly and cost a fortune. Disabling the system ends the faults and the warnings for good.
No countdown, no limp mode
A faulty AdBlue system can start a countdown to a no-start. Removed properly, the dashboard warnings and countdown are gone.
Software or emulator
Depending on the vehicle we either reprogram the ECU to remove the AdBlue functions, or fit a hardwired emulator — whichever is the right, reliable solution.

What is AdBlue and why remove it?+
AdBlue is a 32.5% urea solution injected into the exhaust to reduce NOx emissions via the SCR catalyst. The hardware is costly and unreliable — a single failed component can be hundreds to fix and can stop the vehicle starting. On off-road vehicles, removing it ends that.
Is it legal?+
Only for off-road, competition or export use. Disabling emissions equipment on a road vehicle is an offence and will fail an MOT — this service is sold on that basis.
Software or emulator — which do I need?+
It depends on the vehicle's system. Some are cleanest reprogrammed in the ECU; others use a small hardwired emulator. We'll tell you the right approach for yours.
